About Sabrina Bawa

Sabrina is a wellness educator, influencer, and advocate for women's empowerment. Her mission is to redefine what it means to be healthy by promoting a holistic lifestyle, and empowering women to heal themselves.

Sabrina became interested in holistic health after embarking on a weight loss journey at 19 years old. Within a year and a half, she lost 50+ pounds mainly by learning how to cook from scratch. Her new lifestyle drew her to yoga, meditation, and later on Ayurveda. She then used this powerful, ancient knowledge to balance her hormones, heal her gut, clear her skin, and heal her relationship with food.

She is now a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach and a yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training.
